Two weeks ago I was very excited to do my diet plans. I started with 1 cup rice at a time and then 1/2 cup at a time on the second week. But when classes starts I got very busy and forgot listing down my food intakes. I weigh myself this morning and I can tell that I am still in my previous weight. I just can’t monitor my food intakes and I even skipping lunch for several days now. I don’t have to buy appetite suppressants anymore coz I naturally don’t have the appetite to eat during lunch maybe because I am just alone at home. But skipping lunch is not a good diet plan coz at night I am very hungry and I am eating more than 1 cup of rice. Now my diet plan is ruined!
