People are doing a lot of things just to lose or maintain their weight. I, for example was so afraid to gain weight but when I started to become a stay at home mom, I forgot about that already. Lately, I noticed I am having a hard time putting my pants on. My thighs are getting wider like a tree bark and I cannot put the button anymore! It’s so frustrating and shocking! What just happened? You know the worst part is that I am not doing anything about it. I still love sitting around crocheting, watching movies and eating bunch of rice and drinking coffee and soda!
